Economic Perspective of Oak Lodge with John Southgate

Economic Perspective of Oak Lodge with John Southgate

Join the Oak Lodge Governance Project at noon on August 14th for “Oak Lodge: an Economic Perspective.” This presentation on our current local economy and the potentials that it holds will be presented by John Southgate, a consultant very familiar with both the Oak Grove and Jennings Lodge areas and the economics of Clackamas County.  He has managed a number of successful projects and policy initiatives that align with our region’s growth and place-making objectives and aspirations, particularly related to higher density mixed use centers and corridors characterized by pedestrian vitality and transit supportiveness.

Hosted by the Oak Lodge Governance Project, this is the fifth in the OLGP series of regular information sessions that provide historical context, background, and cultural perspective on the current governmental structure of Clackamas County. It is designed with the residents of Oak Grove and Jennings Lodge in mind, but all are welcome. Please pass this info along to others you think might be interested.

OLGP will open the waiting room at 11:45 a.m. and welcome early attendees who would like to meet members of the steering committee and ask questions about OLGP. John’s presentation will begin at noon and end promptly at one pm.
