Jane Civiletti moved to Oak Lodge in 1989 with her husband, Tom, and their 3 yr old, feeling that they had found a healthy environment filled with trees and wildlife. Over the years she became interested and involved in different facets of community here including activities within the school district, the service districts, the Oak Grove Community Council (for which she now serves as treasurer), local politics, the Oak Lodge Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and River East Villages.
She has watched how her neighborhood and the surrounding area has changed greatly over the decades while still retaining charming aspects of the environment that drew the family here long ago.
