It is designed with the residents of Oak Grove and Jennings Lodge in mind, but <b>all are welcome. <\/b>Please pass this info along to others you think might be interested.<\/p>\n<p>OLGP will open the waiting room at 11:45 a.m. and welcome early attendees who would like to meet members of the steering committee and ask questions about OLGP. John\u2019s presentation will begin at noon and end promptly at one pm.<\/p>\n<p>John Southgate has decades of experience in planning and development in the Portland region, the State of Oregon, and nationally. With a strong focus on public-private partnerships and urban infill,\u00a0 John has worked with municipalities, community organizations, private for-profit and non-profit developers and others, building a deep and extensive network of relationships with elected officials, funding entities and the development community.\u00a0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In recent years, John has worked on several projects in Clackamas County, including early service on the Park Avenue Station Area Technical Advisory Committee, the North Milwaukie Industrial Area, redevelopment planning for the old Blue Heron Mill, the Willamette Falls Locks effort, and planning for downtown revitalization in downtown
